The Bohai Sea is to the northest, the Yellow River
is to the south, Beijing, Tianjin, Tanggu are to
the northwest and the southeast is Qingdao, Yantai,
Weihai. It is not only the junction point of the
Around-Bohai Sea Economic Zone and the Yellow River
Economic Belt, but also the intersection of the
Economic Zone of Beijing, Tianjin & Tanggu and
the Economic Zone of Shandong Peninsula. It faces
Huanghua Harbor, the bridge tower of Shenhua Engineer,which
has the ability of 90 million tons.
Water Tranport, There are seven 500T-3,000 T berth
ports or docks in WUDI, which can handle up to 3,700,000t.
The sailing routes have opened to Tanggu, Tianjin
in the north, Dalian, Longkou, Yantai, Qingdao in
the east and Zhanjiang and so on in the south.The
water carriage is very convenient,and the price
is very low.BinZhou port is been building ,which
is 10 thousand tons.Highway, 5 national and provincial
highways such as 205 and DaJi Road (from DaKouHe
to JiYang) run through Wudi. 3 highways which are
WeiWu,JinShan,BinDe run through WuDi,too. HuangDa
Railway,which is connected with HuangShuo Railway
in the west and Dalailong Railway in the east,runs
through WUDI.There is a 4 passenger and freight
stations.
