 实行“三优、四全、两保证、三严禁”服务承诺：
The service promise is ?C three goodnesses, four complications,
two pledges and three forbidings.
“三优”即诚信高效，提供最优质的服务；依法办事，提供最优良的秩序；建管结合，提供最优美的环境。
“The three goodness” is that honesty, good efficience
and providing the best service; dealing with the things
according to the laws, and providing the best order; connecting
the building and management and providing the most beautiful
environment.
“四全”即全过程（前期、中期、后期）、全方位（项目审办手续、生产领域、生活领域）、全天候（24小时、节假日）、全免费（前期咨询、办理手续、员工招聘等全免费）。
“The four complecations” refer to the complete process
( the beginning, the middle period, and the end), the
complete fields ( the procedure of applying for the item,
the producing field), the whole day (24 hours of a day
and the holidays),all being free of charge ( the consultation
at the beginning, the process of transact procedure and
the interview to the employees, etc)
“两保证”即保证随时联系、随时接待；保证限时安排、限时办结。
“The two pledges” refer to the connection at any moment,
the reception and arrangement at any moment and completed
in time.
“三严禁”即严禁任何单位和个人以任何形式向外来投资企业乱收费、乱罚款、乱拉赞助、强行推销产品；
严禁向外来投资企业指派施工单位和强买、强卖设备物料部件，以及指定中介和保险机构； 严禁向外来投资企 |

“The three forbiddings” refer to forbidding any
unit and anybody to charge to the corporations invested
by the foreign investors, forbidding fining freely,
forbidding forcing sponsors freely and forbidding
selling products forcefully; and forbidding assigning
the construction units and selling or buying establishment
and material forcefully to the corporation; forbidding
appointing the agency unit or insurance unit: forbidding
impinging the interests of the corporation in any
form. |
